01 General Terms & Introduction to the Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bdgo55 platform and all its services. By accessing our services through the bdgo55 website, mobile app, or any other channel, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
These terms constitute a legal agreement between bdgo55 ("we", "us", "the platform") and the registered user ("you", "member", "user"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

- All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled, unless a technical error is proven
- Bdgo55's decision shall be considered final in all disputes
- Any bet already confirmed at the time of a disconnection remains valid

Sports Betting
- Bets can be placed before a match begins or while it is live
- Bets will be refunded if an event is cancelled.
- If a match is suspended due to technical reasons, bdgo55's established policy will apply.
- If an event is cancelled in a multiple bet, it will be counted as 1.00 odds.
07 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdgo55. Any violation may result in account suspension and balance forfeiture:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Using a false identity or someone else's personal information
- Using software, bots, or automated systems to play games
- Bonus hunting or bonus abuse
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
- Exploiting any technical glitch on the platform
- Threatening, harassing, or disrespecting other users

10 Account Closure & Suspension

- If an account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months)
- Under the direction of legal authorities
Users may also close their account at any time at their own discretion. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn beforehand; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.
11 Limitation of Liability
Bdgo55 is not liable for the following:
- Loss of a game or bet due to internet disconnection
- Temporary service disruption due to technical issues
- Server issues on the part of third-party game providers
